Various models of doing sport in the great cities – ideas and hints

Today our towns are more and more dirty, nevertheless surprisingly there are human bings who are trying to reverse this disaster. A large numeber of them use bicycles for the city movement.

There are a large number of models of bicycles; for travelling in the metropoly the most popular is a ordinary city bike which takes us from place to place, nevertheless there are more definited bikes. That depends on what purpose we want to use a bicycle is it for movement, physical activity or sport (or even extreme sport). Custom single speed bikes are more adequate for long distances and for the town we have got city bikes (mens city bike and city bike for women – they are not the same in construction which correspond with the human body). Mens city bike is much more dynamic (men are usually stronger than women and the female model is more comfortable (it allows to travel with your dorsum place straighter than in mens city bike). In custom single speed bikes these differences are not that big, but obsevable. When we want to buy a nice bicycle we should ask for help someone who use bicycle a lot or a bicycle expert – learn more.

Now a solid bike is a very costly device, so it is a good thing to discuss this matter with more practised person. If we don’t have a suitable place to keep our bike we can rent one. In many cities there are bikes for rent, you can ride on it as long as you want and then pay for it (of’course you must register in the first place in the city base). If you don’t enjoy bikes you may walk or begin to do nordic walking, it is a form of walking with 2 sticks, that sort of exercise is not very expensive and you don’t have to be be in a good form to start doing it. It is a great sport for all kinds of people with problems with their backbone, nevertheless it is a good thing to notice that in the nordic walking we should put sticks in the proper position to havr got a proper posture while walking. It is advisable to take one or two lessons before we started to do such an activity.

Every form of doing sport is good for our health. It is an outstansding thing to do a little of outdoor sport, meet other people with whom we may share our plans and just be satysfied.
